 Early Arrivals/Late Check Outs - stay til 2 and only pay $5.00 1/2 Total Site Fee

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations and/or changes to reservations are subject to $15.00 service fee. Refunds are given if notified of cancellation 30 days or more prior to the reservation date by email or writing, less the service fee. Rain checks are given if notified of cancellation within 30 days, but more than 7 days prior to the reservation date (sorry, no refunds). Cancellation within 7 days of the reservation date will not receive a rain check or refund. (Rain checks valid only for current camping season).

 Quiet Hours – 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

 Vehicles – Speed Limit is 5 M.P.H; Motorcycles - into and out of campground only; Mini bikes-or mopeds not allowed. Parking area: commercial vehicles allowed only with prior approval. . All camping vehicles must have a current registration. 

 Boat Launching – Failure to comply with safe boating procedures will result in immediate expulsion. 

 Children – Parents must supervise at all times, especially at bathhouses, beach, pool and playground. 

 Electric Heaters – Absolutely not allowed!

Clothes Washers/Dryers – Absolutely not allowed!

 Fires – Fires in approved fireplaces only until 11:00 PM.
No trash, bottles, or cans in Fireplaces!

 Firearms and Firecrackers – Strictly prohibited 

 Gray Water – No dumping on ground. 

 Pets – Quiet and on a leash at all times. Please do not leave them unattended clean up after them. Proof of Rabies Certificate. No pets on beach. 

 Pool – Lifeguard is on duty. Follow all posted rules and regulations, common courtesy and common sense. No children allowed without adult supervision. No floatation devices or radios without headphones are allowed in the pool area. See posted times for when pool is open. 

 Bicycles/Scooters – Riding after dark Prohibited. Walk bike or scooter to site after dark.
(Under age 16 MUST WEAR HELMETS)

 Skate boards – NOT ALLOWED. . 

Site Care – Sites must be maintained in a neat, clean appearance. Two cars per site and 8 people per site only.

Visitors - must register and pay in advance. Checkout is 11:00 PM. May not enter after 9:00PM. Pets of Visitors not allowed.

Anyone evicted for disturbing other campers or destruction of campground property will not be given a refund.

Boating Regulations & Guidelines – Quinebaug Cove Campsite is located on the Brimfield Reservoir and Long Pond, which are in a Federal floodplain regulated, by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Army Corps of Engineers. Boating restrictions (as per the Commonwealth of Massachusetts) strictly enforced for safety.

No boats left in the water overnight. A $20.00 fine will apply. All boats must be returned to site or boat parking lot. No vehicles parked on beach while boating. Operators must observe all safe boating procedures and courtesies as directed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
 Boating traffic flow is counter-clockwise from beach. Boats must stay safe distance from beach and swimming area.

Fishing Regulations – Fishing Licenses can be purchased at Wal-Mart just off Rte. 20 in Sturbridge. Licenses required for all persons 15 and over for fishing in inland waters.
